What is 'The Bar Stool Racers'?

The Bar Stool Racers was born from the need for a team name on a rally that a group of friends took part in in September 2006. More info on that event can be read here on this site. The idea for the name came from the fact that we would spend more time in the pub talking about what we would do, than actually doing it, but that inaugural event was the kick start of this site.

The main two members still active here are Jason and Cian with the others from that first event coming back doing bits here and there.
